Fast and Secure Delivery:
All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK or Germany studios depending on your location.
Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or strong flat cardboard packaging to ensure safe delivery.

- UK: Free - 3-5 Business Days
- Europe: £5.00 - 3-5 Business Days
- USA & Canada: £10.00 - 7-9 Business Days
- Rest of the World: £15.00 - Up to 10 Business Days
- Free Worldwide shipping on all orders over £150
Returns:
The print tubes and packaging are extremely strong and are capable of surviving the toughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.
Just send an email with an image of the damaged package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to info@jessicalennoxart.com and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.
We will cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.
Cancellations:
All of our prints are printed at The Print Space in London and then drop shipped from there direct to the customer. The order will automatically be fulfilled by The Print Space and once it has been printed, we will be unable to cancel the order and issue a refund.
