Beginner Feather Workshop

This live workshop is specifically designed for beginners or for anyone who wants a refresher on the basics in coloured pencil. 

We will discuss how to choose the right materials including pencils, paper and other tools. I will then go onto teaching you my tried and tested techniques in layering and blending to create a realistic looking Goldfinch. We will experiment with different textures so that you can go away with the confidence to work on a variety of birds yourself. 

The course will be held on Saturday June 10th at 3pm GMT and will last for 4 hours. There are 10 places per class on a first come, first served basis.

A materials list along with reference photos and line drawings will be emailed to your booking email address shortly after booking.

The class will be held on Zoom, I cannot be held responsible for any participants poor internet connection. You do not need a webcam to participate but if you would like to use it that would be great, I will still be able to hear you!
